The X1 PROMAX is a powerful and compact flight camera with 8K resolution for high-definition captures. It offers exceptional flight performance with smooth stabilization, multiple automated flight modes, and enhanced tracking features. Designed for ease of use, it features a pocket-sized foldable design, palm takeoff, OmniTerrain capability, and rear collision detection for safe and stable flights in a variety of conditions.
Like all Hover products, the HOVERAir X1 PRO and PROMAX are designed to fly safely, easily, and enjoyably. Take it out of your pocket, unfold it, and activate automatic flight mode in seconds with the push of a button. You don’t need a remote control or phone to capture beautiful, dynamic photos.
Exceed professional standards with the X1 PROMAX’s 8K camera, equipped with a 1/1.3″ CMOS and 14 stops of dynamic range. With four times more pixels than 4K, you can capture epic views in exquisite detail. And for those action shots, the PROMAX records in 4K at 120 fps for those perfect slow-motion moments.
Both the PRO and PROMAX feature a dual-axis gimbal with EIS (electronic image stabilization) and HL (horizon leveling), so your footage will remain steady even when the going gets tough.
The X1 PRO and PROMAX are designed to keep up with you on any adventure, from little explorers to professional athletes. They reach maximum tracking speeds of up to 26 mph (42 km/h) and can follow you in short bursts of up to 37 mph (60 km/h).

At the touch of a button. Simply use the selection buttons to choose your desired flight mode, press “take off,” and fly away!
Classic flight modes such as Hover, Zoom Out, Bird’s Eye, and Orbit will capture dynamic cinematic moments, while Follow, Side Follow, and Dolly Track are perfect for action shots. More flight modes are in the works and will be implemented in future updates.
Select your preferred flight mode on the PRO’s built-in display to take off, capture high-speed tracking shots, or perform complex Hollywood-style aerial maneuvers. The PRO can reach tracking speeds of up to 42 km/h, with brief bursts of continuous tracking up to 60 km/h. It has 10 built-in modes, with more available for download in the future.
The HOVERAir X1 PROMAX has 15 times more NPU power than the HOVERAir X1, powering enhanced AI-based computer vision tracking and positioning algorithms that keep you locked in the frame even at high speeds.
The X1 PRO and PROMAX feature an improved aerodynamic chassis design to reduce drag. Our custom-designed motors and propellers balance efficiency and power to achieve higher speeds.

Take the X1 PRO and PROMAX with you to the most remote corners of the world. Both can fly at altitudes of up to 5,500 m (18,000 ft) and wind speeds of up to 39 km/h (24 mph).
Both the X1 PRO and PROMAX feature rear ToF (Time of Flight) proximity sensors, while the PROMAX incorporates an additional visual sensor for added safety. Currently, the X1 PRO and PROMAX can brake before collisions at speeds of up to 1.5 m/s and 3 m/s.
Our propeller guards are made from HEM (highly elastic material) specially designed to provide maximum elasticity and durability while maintaining structural integrity. It is lighter than carbon fiber with a density of 0.96 g/cm³ compared to 1.8 g/cm³.
Our custom-designed propellers are engineered for maximum aerodynamic efficiency and noise reduction.
Our devices are resistant to dust, heat, cold, salt, humidity, drops, and more to ensure their quality and reliability. From temperatures of -40°C to 70°C to 3,000 drops, they are tough! The power button is tested 100,000 times and the devices are subjected to 100 N of pressure, so you can be sure they will keep working!
Although you don’t need a phone to operate the PROMAX, the HOVERAir X1 mobile app offers additional features. With it, you can configure flight modes, download and share content, initiate manual control, and much more.
